Western Zone Meeting at September's USA Summit
The USA Swimming Summit will be September 24-27 in Denver. The Western Zone will have our annual HOD Meeting at the Summit on Saturday the 25th at 10:30AM. The Meeting will be held live and via ZOOM.
The WZ BOD anticipates a shorter meeting this year as we do not have as many pertinent/pending issues. An Agenda will be forwarded at a later date.
We do need to have elections for 2 positions and are accepting nominations.
1 - Western Zone Non- Coach Director: Sally Taggert (SI now CO) has been nominated (Mike Dilli has termed out and cannot seek re-election).
2 - Western Zone Championship Coordinator: Ryan Stratton first term is over and is seeking re-election
Please send your nominations for either of these positions to Mike.
Our General Chair will submit the voting delegate names who will represent our LSC at the Summit. Each LSC is allowed 5 Voting members as long as one is an athlete. Otherwise only 4 delegates are allowed.
Below is a link to a form to allow interested non-voting members the chance to attend VIA Zoom. They may also attend in person if they wish.
