In order for any High School Invitationals, the High School District Championships, and State Meet Championships to be observed, the host team must submit either Form A (Invitationals) or Form B Request for Observation (posted below) to Patty Stratton - Snake River SWIMS Coordinator. Please submit the form at least 10 days before the meet is scheduled.
Also posted below is a form to be filled out by each team. All USA Swimming ID numbers and/or birthdates must be included either on one of these forms or in the meet database in order for the swimmer's times to be uploaded into SWIMS.
