Teams wishing to submit a bid for the 2028 Spring Section Meets (Northwest & Four Corners) are to submit their bid in writing ASAP to Section Chair, Shawn Smith shawn.smith@du.edu. for distribution with the finalized agenda.

Information on Voting Representation
For the Western Region Section Business Meetings, voting representation is as follows:
- LSC Senior Chair - one vote
- LSC Senior Athlete Rep - one vote
- WRS Clubs - one vote each
Voting delegates may only hold one vote; i.e. the Senior Chair cannot represent a club and have two votes -- they must choose one or the other.
Proxy voting is not allowed; members must be present to cast their vote.
